QUEBEC'S AQUATIC INDUSTRY
Daniel Delorme, President and principal shareholder.
Working in the industry since 1973, Daniel Delorme managed one of the world's largest indoor aquatic centers, the Olympic Pool, from 1976 to 1998.
He is also one of the founders of the Association des responsables aquatiques du Québec (ARAQ), participated in the revision of pool safety regulations and founded the Académie de sauvetage du Québec.
In 2007, he contributed to the implementation of Regulation Q2-R39 on water quality in swimming pools and other artificial basins with the Quebec Ministry of Sustainable Development.
With his extensive experience, Mr. Delorme has established an extensive network of professionals, giving him access to a multitude of resources in the aquatic field. Visionary and passionate, he has participated in numerous conferences, symposia and exhibitions.
He has also studied the management of several major swimming centers.

Frédéric Delorme , Vice President, General Manager and Shareholder.
Always fascinated by bodies of water, Frédéric Delorme was introduced to the aquatics industry at a young age by being a lifeguard, taking diving courses, and working at a water park. Eager to invest in the family business and deepen his technical knowledge, he joined the family company in 2004 after studying architectural technology.
An excellent manager, he integrated the subcontracting teams and created an internal training program for employees to develop the company and ensure better customer service.
Focused on research and development, he has developed several products, services, and strategies, such as a water treatment system; the OA technology. He also ensures the standardization of procedures and knowledge of technicians, to whom he shares his passion. His perseverance, commitment, and curiosity are real assets for the company.
